Refund and returns policy

Overview

All ElaineAG products and services are digital and delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase has been completed.

No Refunds

Since our products are digital and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds. Please ensure that you review all product details before making a purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before completing your transaction.

No Returns or Exchanges

All digital products are considered delivered upon purchase. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in cases where:

  • A duplicate purchase was made due to a technical error.

  • The product was not delivered due to a system failure.

  • There was an issue with the product that prevents it from functioning as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
